By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for quashing the suspension order dated 23.09.2023 passed by District Magistrate, Bulandshahar. 3. The submission advanced by learned counsel appearing for petitioner is that despite the fact that petitioner submitted reply to the charge sheet on 25.06.2024 but the departmental enquiry has not been concluded and even subsistence allowance has not been paid to the petitioner. 4. In such circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent to conclude the enquiry within a period of one month from the production of certified copy of this order and the resultant action may be taken accordingly within a further period of six weeks. 5.
