By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has challenged the advertisement dated 21.09.2024 whereby the post of Anganwari Karyakarti at Machahari Centre Blok Gohand District Hamirpur has been issued. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for petitioner that petitioner is residing at her in-laws place at Machahari and so in the event advertisement is permitted to be continued and selection is held, petitioner will never get a chance to be posted at her in-laws place as per the Government Order. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and as per instructions District Magistrate concerned has rejected the claim of the petitioner as petitioner has not been able to furnish her domicile certificate in support of her claim that she was resident of Machahari Centre Blok Gohand District Hamirpu. 4.
