This Court on 6th November, 2024 has sought instruction from learned Standing Counsel by passing following order: "It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been suspended on certain charges of financial irregularities whereas person responsible for calculation was Junior Engineer and other higher officers who were also suspended but when they approached this Court by means of Writ A No. 8703 of 2024 and others by means of Writ A No. 9027 of 2024, their suspension orders have been quashed. Learned Standing Counsel is to have instructions in the matter. Put up this matter as fresh on 12.11.2024." Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter, which is taken on record. As per the instructions the charges are almost similar as they relate to the same subject matter in respect of which the Junior Engineer and other higher officials were suspended.
