Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. The submission advanced by learned counsel appearing for petitioner is that he has been removed from the post of Panchayat Sahayak without being served even a show cause notice. 3. Shri Sunil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for Goan Sabha submits that the petitioner was issued a show cause notice as per the instructions and thereafter the Panchayat adopted a resolution removing him as he was not discharging his duties properly. 4. I have perused the instructions placed before the Court which is taken on record. As per the instruction it clearly transpires that when the notice was issued to the petitioner on 05.01.2024, 10.01.2024 and 23.01.2024 and these notices were all sent in the name of petitioner as Panchayat Sahayak such notices without having any residential address given to the postal departmental were naturally meant to be served only in the office of the Gram Panch
