Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Rejoinder affidavit filed today is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. Vide order dated 6th November, 2024 this Court had called for instruction. Learned Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit in which decision taken by the selection committee dated 23rd September, 2024 has been annexed wherein petitioner's name occurs at serial No.- 14 and petitioner's case not being covered in the category of cases where the ladies are transferred to their in-laws place after marriage, request of the petitioner could not be acceded to. Sri Narendra Kumar Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not taken the plea that she may be transferred to in-laws place but rather seeking benefit of Government Order dated 21st March, 2023 in which absorption has been prescribed for vide clause 12 of the Government Order, which is reproduced hereunder:
