It is further submitted that the controversy involved in this petition is already engaging attention of this Court in Writ - A No.- 9383 of 2023. 2. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the above facts. 3. In view of the above, connect this case with Writ - A No.- 9383 of 2023 and list on the date fixed in the said case. 4. In the meanwhile, the petitioner shall be paid minimum of the basic pay of Rs.18000/- per month as similarly placed employees of the department provided the petitioner is continuing and discharging duties under the forest department as on date.
