Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. M.N. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. As per the instructions, the last cut off marks in EWS category was 261 and the last candidate, who was from the dependant of freedom fighter category was adjusted accordingly and since the petitioner had secured only 265 marks which is below the cut off marks in unreserved category, i.e., 270, he could not be selected. 4.
