An objection has been raised by Sri Deepak Gaur, Advocate who is a panel counsel of the Gram Panchayat concerned that his signatures have been forged upon memo of petition showing service of the petition upon him, whereas, no such copy of the petition was ever served upon him as the concerned Clerk of the counsel never visited him and when he enquired about the petition from the counsel on his personal cellphone number, he was informed that the copy had already been served in the office of the Chief Standing Counsel. 2. This is a serious issue. If a counsel has not been served with copy of petition by Clerk of a counsel who was required to serve a copy upon the panel counsel then lawyers should not defend such Clerks and should not take a stand that since a copy was served in the office of Standing Counsel, he was not required to serve it again. 3.
