Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the transfer order dated 30.06.2023 and today when this petition is taken up it is the year 2025. 2. In such circumstances, therefore, the transfer order dated 30.06.2023 cannot be permitted to question, however, whenever next transfer of the petitioner becomes due as per the then prevalent policy, petitioner shall have liberty to make a request for a station of his choice. 3.
