Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the result communicated to him on 28.09.2024 submitting that petitioner would have obtained much more than the normalized marks that have been awarded to him which are 198.90 out of 300. 3. It is submitted that advertisement did not contain any such provision which may have permitted the respondent Commission to adopt normalization rules. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the Commission submits that the rules of non-normalization are applied in the event same selection is held in two cities where two sets of papers are prepared and for this the rules have already been framed vide Circular issued by Commission dated 22.05.2019 much prior to the advertisement. 5.
