The petitioners before this Court who have retired as Lekhpal on 31.05.2022 and 30.05.2021 respectively, are aggrieved for non- payment of commission of Rs.5 per income certificate in which Lekhpal submits report. 2. It is submitted that for a period between 05.02.2019 and 31.08.2019 the payment has been made but the payment of earlier period has remained unpaid. It is submitted that in the above regard, the petitioners have made representation on 02.09.2024. 3. Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that since the individual petitioners have never claimed, therefore, they may be directed to make individual representation which will be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, petitioners will have to move individual representation within a period of 4 weeks which shall be considered and decided by respondent no.3 by passing a reasoned and speaking order upon each such representation wi
