By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of transfer dated 29.06.2024. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner must have been relieved under the order of transfer and therefore, this Court now at this stage may not interfere. However, he is not averse to the Court passing an order for decision on representation of the petitioner against the transfer order. He further submits that he has no objection in the event fresh representation is filed and the same is directed to be decided by the competent authority in the matter. 5.
