It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner he has already represented the matter wayback on 18.11.2021. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that he has no objection in the event fresh representation is filed and the same is directed to be decided by the competent authority in the matter. 5. In such circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction that in the event petitioner files a fresh representation within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the competent authority in the matter within a further period of one month.
