Sri Chandan Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the instructions disciplinary proceedings have stood concluded in the sense that enquiry has culminated in the show cause notice of proposed punishment with the approval of Hon'ble the Chief Justice which has been placed before the Hon'ble Governor for its prior approval. 3. Copy of instructions has been placed today which is taken on record. 4. In view of the above since the matter of prior approval is pending before Hon'ble the Governor, no further direction is required to be issued but it is expected that the Governor shall be taking up the matter soon to pass appropriate orders. 5.
