By means of this petition, the petitioner has prayed the following relief:- "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties to pay the all consequential benefit by counting the services rendered by the petitioner (i.e. 03.05.1984 to 21.04.1985), to the petitioners with immediate effect. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4&5 to take the appropriate decisions in the representation submitted by the petitioner within stipulated time." 3.
