By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to make payment of rest of retiremental benefits payable to the petitioner to the tune of Rs. 6,95,899/- as the same amount shall be deducted from the G.P.C amount by wrongly fixation and revision by the respondent authorities and also be directed to the respondent authorities to re-fix the pension of the petitioner on the basis of last pay of salary at the time of retirement." 2. It transpires from the records that in the above regard petitioner has already represented the matter before the competent authority on 29.09.2024. 3. In the given facts and circumstances this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation before the respondent No. 3 within four weeks
