By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the order of punishment as well as the order of Commissioner, Azamgarh upon the representation of the petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that even if the representation is taken to be filed against the order, the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy to file representation before the competent authority under the relevant service rules. 4. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. It is provided that in the event petitioner approaches appropriate authority within two weeks for availing the remedy by means of a representation, the same shall be disposed of on merits within a further period of one month. 6.
