Petitioner who is Gram Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat concerned, is aggrieved for placing all the 4 posts of Anganbadi Karyakatri in his Gram Panchayat in Scheduled Castes category, whereas, one post should have gone to the General, one OBC and 2 Scheduled Castes category. According to the petitioner, demography of the village is such that within 600 population there are 900 people belonging to Scheduled Castes, whereas, 3500 people belonging to OBC. 2. In the given facts and circumstances, petitioner has approached District Magistrate, Kannauj by making a representation in March, 2024. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law and the relevant Government Orders issued from time to time in this regard relating to the reservation policy against the vacancies of Anganbadi Karyakatri. 4. Appropriate decision shall be taken within a period of 6 week
