Petitioner is challenging the transfer order dated 05.06.2023 and the relieving order dated 13.06.2023. 2. It is submitted that petitioner has joined at the transferred station. However, he wants that he may be transferred at the place of his choice and for that he seeks consideration of his representation made in that regard. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that as the session is going to end in the month of March, 2025 and new policy will come into place for the next session, petitioner may apply for transfer as per the then prevalent policy and in the event petitioner makes a transfer application, the same can be directed to be considered in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a representation for transfer to the place of his choice in the next session when new policy comes into force.
