By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner wants her representation for transfer from Baghpat to Rampur where her husband and two small children reside be decided by the competent authority. 2. In the given facts and circumstances petitioner is directed to make fresh representation, in the light of transfer policy which provides that both husband and wife be posted together at a place, as far as possible, within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and disposed of by taking sympathetic view of the matter and the relevant transfer policy, within a further period of six weeks.
