Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State-respondents. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead "Additional Chief Secretary/ Principal Secretary Home, U.P, Lucknow" as respondent no. 5 during the course of the day. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 23.05.2020 based upon FIR lodged against him on 22.05.2020. A show cause notice has also been issued to initiate departmental proceeding against him and thereafter, suspension order has been revoked vide order dated 26.11.2020. Later on, another show cause notice dated 8.4.2021 has been issued to initiate departmental proceeding against him as to why he may not be dismissed
