By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners seek direction to respondent No. 3 to do needful in terms of pay fixation as per recommendation made on 20.10.2023 by the State Government. 3. It is submitted that the petitioners whose name occur at serial Nos. 8 and 11 have not yet received the benefit whereas those who approached the Court received the benefit and whose name also figured in the said list. 4. In this connection, counsel for petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the direction issued by this Court on 16.04.2024 in Writ A No. 2903 of 2024 in the matter of Anuj Kumar Dwivedi whose name occur at serial No. 1 of the said list under the order dated 20.10.2023. 5.
