Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued to the concerned respondent to consider and dispose of the pending application in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents concerned to consider and disposed of the pending application of the petitioner dated 25.06.2024 within a period of two month from the production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
