A personal affidavit has been filed in the matter in compliance of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2024 in which vide paragraph 11 it has been averred thus: "11. That in furtherance of the same, the Hon'ble High Court's order dated 1.10.2024 has been fully complied with, and the amounts of Rs. 6,11,635/- and Rs. 48,300/- previously recovered from the petitioner, are being refunded in accordance with the compliance order. A copy of the notices dated 07.04.2017, 19.04.2017 and 26.04.2017, relating to the petitioner's revised salary, are collectively annexed herewith and marked as Annexure-P.A.-1 to this affidavit." In view of the above petition is rendered infructuous, however, in the event avernment made in paragraph 11 are not complied with petitioner is always at liberty to file application for recall of this order. Accordingly petition is consigned to records as infructuous matter. Order Date :- 12
