By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authority to pay withheld gratuity amount, commutation of pension amount, insurance and other post retirement dues including the regular pension. 3. It is contended on behalf of petitioner that earlier post retirement dues of the petitioner came to be withheld only on the ground that petitioner was facing criminal trial in connection with Case Crime No. 51 of 2006 in Criminal Case No. 5659 of 2012. However, subsequently he has been acquitted in the said case by final judgment and order passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad on 11.12.2023, copy whereof has been brought on record as annexure No. 1 to the
