By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner who has retired on 31.05.2024 from the post of Tehsildar prays for following relief: "i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the petitioner's pension and retiral benefits along with other consequential benefit, arrears and A.C.P. benefit during the service period of petitioner." In the given circumstances, petitioner is directed to make a representation before the competent authority namely respondent no.4 afresh. In the event, such representation is filed within a 4 weeks as directed hereinabove, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of 2 months.
