Petitioner before this Court seeks direction to the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate action against respondent no. 3. 2. It transpires that petitioner has made certain complaint regarding the age of the employee, namely the respondent No. 3 with the respondent establishment. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection as to the maintainability of the writ petition. 4. In my considered view, a complainant cannot maintain a writ petition before the Court in service matters nor Public Interest Litigation is entertainable in such matters. 5.
