By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent Nos. 4 & 5 reckoned the services rendered by the petitioners in work charge capacity with regular service as qualifying service for the purpose of pension. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 4 & 5 to decide the representation of the petitioners' dated 05.04.2024." It transpires from the record that petitioner has already made representation dated 5th April, 2024 before the respondent No.- 4 but till date no decision has been taken.
