Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard Sri Shivendu Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Archana Tyagi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the District Magistrate-respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders for regularisation of services of the petitioner as Junior Clerk in the office of District Government Counsel (Criminal). 3. Since the office of the District Government Counsel (Criminal) is Government office, the petitioner has been claiming regularisation as he has continuously discharged duties as Typist-cum-Stenographer ever since 1993, while he was initially engaged.
