Petitioner, who was an applicant for the post of Gram Rojgar Sevak, is aggrieved for selection and appointment of respondent No.- 6 as according to him he had submitted forged marksheet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner made a complaint to the competent authority, namely District Magistrate who was directed for inquiry to be held by District Level Committee, however, till date the inquiry has yet not been brought to its logical end. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to conclude the inquiry in the matter of complaint lodged by the petitioner against respondent No.- 6.
