It has been submitted that the petitioner is serving in Police Department on the post of Sub Inspector and seeks benefit of one additional increment which is payable to the petitioner on completion of 19 years of services and submits that the period spent on training should be counted towards computation of the said period. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length, submits that the grievance of the petitioner shall be substantially redressed in case opposite party No.3 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police (Estab.) Police Headquarters, Lucknow is directed to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 04.12.2024, as contained in Annexure No.7 to the writ petition, expeditiously. 4.
