By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for writ of certiorari to quash the suspension order dated 09.01.2025 on the ground that it was passed on contemplation of enquiry. 3. However, from the perusal of the order of suspension I find that the order has been passed in contemplation of enquiry because enquiry officer has been nominated in the matter. Even otherwise from the preliminary fact finding enquiry report dated 07.01.2025 by the District Magistrate, Basti on the basis of which petitioner has been placed under suspension it is also clear that a prima facie view has been expressed regarding the involvement of petitioner in selecting party for development activity which was related to Pradhan and the Panchayat Secretary would be one of the officers who will participate in the meeti
