And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vinay Kumar Pal Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the relieving order. From the perusal of the relieving order, it clearly transpires that petitioner has already been transferred on 24th June, 2024, however, said order has not been challenged. In such above view of the matter, therefore, no relief can be granted to the petitioner against relieving order. However, it is left open for the petitioner to make representation as and when new transfer policy come into force for transferring him at the desired place, and if he does so, his request can be considered in accordance with law without being influenced by the fact that he was already transferred on 24th June, 2024.
