Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard Sri Prabhakar Awasthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and perused the records. 2. The petitioner by means of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has prayed for quashing of the order dated 11.12.2024. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that after the suspension order was passed, the petitioner was issued a charge-sheet to which the petitioner submitted a detailed reply and an oral departmental inquiry was conducted. It is further submitted that after the departmental inquiry, no action has been taken by the Disciplinary Authority in the matter. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the information, no charges in the oral departmental inquiry have been found to be proved. 5.
