The petitioner claims that he is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring an extent of Ac.3.00 cents in Sy.No.504/1b8 of Thondangi Village & Mandal, East Godavari District. It is the further case of the petitioner that the subject land is proposed for land acquisition to issue house site pattas and accordingly, the 3rd respondent issued notification dated 04.03.2020, under Section 11(1) of the Act 30 of 2013. The said notification is questioned in the present writ petition on the ground that, no social impact assessment study was conducted before issuance of the said notification. 2. This Court on 11.06.2020, while ordering notice, directed the respondents to maintain status quo existing as
