Sudeepthi Potluri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for the respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the revision petition filed by the petitioner has not been disposed of by the respondents. 2 3. It is contended that basing on an inspection conducted by the technical staff of the respondent department, a show cause notice dated 16-8-2022 was issued requiring the petitioner to explain the deficit in stock. The petitioner has submitted his explanation stating that the difference is on account of taking into consideration the scrap material lying in the shed. Without considering the explanation of the petitioner, the impu
