This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 3rd Respondent in issuing the conversion proceedings in respect of the petitioner’s land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.9.615 cents situated in Vanguru Village, Pedavegi Mandal, Eluru District as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural Land (conversion for Non-Agriculture) purposes Rules, 2018; consequently direct the respondents to issue the conversion proceedings in favour of petitioner. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government
