The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Nos.3 to 6 in not considering the petitioners’ representation dated 03.03.2025 and not implementing the Tahsildar’s proceedings dated 06.02.2025. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 03.03.2025 will be considered by the respondents, as per the law. 4.
