Raghunandan Rao) Learned Special Government Pleader, in the office of the Learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the detenue has not been detained or arrested. He would also submit that a notice, under Section 35(3) of BNSS, has been served on the detenue, who is not under any kind of detention.
