The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos.4 to 6, and are repeatedly calling the petitioners to settle civil disputes between the petitioners and others. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the respondent Nos.5 and 6 are impleaded in person, as they have taken the issue personally and are pressurizing the petitioners to settle the disputes between the petitioners and the villagers. 3.
