The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the police in not investigating Crime No.89 of 2025, on the file of Nandigama Police Station and seeks a direction from this Court to respondent No.4 to trace the mobile locations and CCTC footage from the place where the alleged incident occurred, and to place such tracing and CCTV footage on record. 2.
