It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have given 5 feet of land to the Gram Panchayat/respondent Nos. 4 and 5 for laying of a road. It is also submitted that the 6th respondent has removed the 2 road constructed by the 5th respondent and is now trying to construct on the land belonging to him. 2.
