The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the representations dated 19.12.2024 and 11.03.2025, the 2nd respondent is not renewing, the recognition of the Managing Committee/Mutawalli of the petitioner’s Association i.e. Yaqub Sahib Mosque welfare Association and its properties in Kadapa Town. 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confined that the Court would urge to direct the respondents to consider the representations dated 19.12.2024 (Ex.P.2) and 11.03.2025 (Ex.P.1) made by the petitioner. 2 4.
