The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being harassed by respondent No.3 at the behest of certain third parties, and is being repeatedly called to the police station and pressured to settle the matter with the said third party. The petitioner states that he had taken a vehicle on lease from one K.Mani Kumar in the year 2023. Subsequently, the petitioner defaulted in making payments to the financial company and also met with an accident.
