The petitioners are seeking a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 5 not to interfere with the civil disputes pending between the petitioners and the respondent Nos.6 to 8. 2. The learned Assistant Government pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 submits that he has received instructions from respondent No.5, and that the petitioners have submitted a compliant to respondent No.5. The police have determined the dispute to be a civil dispute. 3. Be that as it may, there shall be a direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent Nos.6 to 8 without following the due process of law. 4
