It is submitted that the petitioners’ children passed away in a fire accident due to an LPG cylinder leak in their residence, and that respondent No.5, who happens to be the brother of petitioner No.2, is insisting that the petitioner execute deeds of transfer of property in his favor, as the petitioners do not have children.
