The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are being troubled by respondent Nos.3 and 4 at the instance of unofficial respondents. It is submitted that the petitioners have filed I.P No.61 of 2023, on the file of the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ananthapuram District. 2. It is submitted that the petitioners have also appeared in Court and are perusing the insolvency petition. It is further submitted that respondent Nos.3 and 4 are pressurizing the petitioners and obtaining blank documents in favor of respondents Nos.5 to 31. 3. Heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4. There shall be a direction to res
