The 2nd respondent is investigating Crime No.114 of 2025, on the file of Arundalpet Police Station, registered under Sections 318(4) and 316(5) read with 3(5) of the BNS. The complainant has alleged that gold belonging to her was pledged with a company by the name Indil Gold Money Private Limited.
