The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to allot the house site pattas in favor of the eligible beneficiaries over an extent of land admeasuring Ac.0.60 cents in Sy.No.13/A of Chandrapet Village, Gantyada Mandal, Vizianagaram District under “Navarathnalu Pedalandrikillu Scheme”. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed on record the written instructions issued by the 4th respondent-Tahsildar and on perusal of the same, it is clear that the subject land is not proposed for allotment of house sites under the said scheme. The instructions furnished by the 4th respondent is placed on record.
