It is submitted that the petitioner and his estranged wife have matrimonial disputes. It is also submitted that the petitioner is presently residing in Germany and is represented by a General Power of Attorney holder. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has sent an email to the Commissioner of Police, Vijayawada, seeking details of the lookout circular, if any, pending 2 against him.
